10x10 steel road plates are heavy-duty metal squares used to create temporary roads, paths, or stable work surfaces on uneven or soft terrain. They are typically made from high-strength steel, like A-36, to handle the weight of vehicles and equipment. Here are some key features of 10x10 steel road plates:
- Size: 10 feet long by 10 feet wide (approximately 3 meters x 3 meters).
- Material: High-strength steel for durability and weight capacity.
- Thickness: They can vary in thickness, but common options include ¾ inch and 1 inch (1.9 cm and 2.5 cm). Thicker plates will support heavier loads.
- Surface: Often have a skid-resistant pattern to improve traction, especially in wet or muddy conditions.
- Edges: May have beveled edges to help prevent tripping and ease lifting.
- Weight: Due to their size and material, they can be quite heavy. A 3/4 inch thick plate can weigh around 2,500 pounds (1134 kg), and a 1-inch thick plate can weigh close to 4,000 pounds (1814 kg). Lifting lugs or holes may be available for easier handling with machinery.

Important Information Regarding Bulk & Perishable Products:
Final Sale: Due to the nature of bulk and perishable products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on these items once they have been picked up or delivered, provided the product you receive matches your order. This includes (but is not limited to) all mulch, rock, sand & gravel, soil, firewood, decorative rock, boulders, and sod.
Delivery Inspections: For deliveries, please inspect the product before the driver unloads it. If for any reason you change your mind before the product is unloaded, you may order a replacement product for an additional delivery fee. If you refuse the product before it has been unloaded and do not want a replacement product, your delivery fee remains non-refundable.
Refundable Items:
• Unopened and unused retail products are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, your items must be in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags and labels attached.
You must also present a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process:
• Bring your unwanted item(s) and receipt to the TMH Industries store.
• Speak with a customer service representative who will assist you with the return process.
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
